Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Junior School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Junior School Teacher will be responsible for creating a stimulating learning environment, implementing educational programs, and fostering the holistic development of young learners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and lesson plans. 2. Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and development. 3. Assess and monitor the progress of students, providing feedback and support as needed. 4. Establish and maintain open communication with parents and colleagues. 5. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes respect and cooperation. 6. Participate in professional development activities and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field. 2. State certification as an elementary school teacher. 3. Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting. 4. Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methodologies. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
